Ambulances and Police attend incident in Leavesden, Watford where a man was Left in Serious condition – 9th July
A man was seen leaving the scene in a hurry, whilst having a distressed phone call.
The emergency services where called and 3 ambulances, 1 Fire Engine and and 3 Police Cars arrived to the scene.
A neighbour said she could hear screaming, but did not realise they were coming from the flat above but maybe a BBQ nearby. And that he was a noisy neighbour.
