It's the superhero film we've all been waiting for - one with a woman in the starring role.

 

And now for the first time fans can see the sight of Wonder Woman's imposing castle and the New York of the Roaring Twenties which she made her home on Earth in the video below.

Wonder Woman is an long time American superhero film based on the DC Comics character of the same name, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. This is to be the fourth installment in the DC Extended Universe. The film is directed by Patty Jenkins with a screenplay by Jason Fuchs, and stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Lucy Davis, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, Lisa Loven Kongsli, Danny Huston, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, and David Thewlis. Principal photography on the film began in late November 2015. The film is scheduled to be released in 3D and IMAX 3D on June 2, 2017.

And now for the first time fans can catch sight of Wonder Woman's imposing castle and the New York of the Roaring Twenties which she made her home on Earth in the video below.

A demigod, she also has indestructible bracelets and the Lasso of Truth to aid her in her fight against evil.


The film sees the 30-year-old Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot jump firmly into the limelight following her introduction to the DC cinematic universe in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.


Last month the first look at the leading ladies in the film was released by Entertainment Weekly.
