Police have received four reports of indecent exposure since 5th December.
Since Sunday 5th December, Watford police have received four reports of a white man indecently exposing himself in and around the Cassiobury Park area. The male was also seen to touch himself inappropriately.
The offences occurred as follows:
Detective Constable Marius Edghill, from the Watford Local Crime Unit said: “We fully understand that incidents of this nature will cause concern among the local community. I would like to reassure people that we are taking these reports very seriously and doing all we can to investigate.
“We’re still working to establish whether the offences are linked and to trace anyone who may be involved.
“I am appealing for anyone who was in the area around the times stated and saw a man acting suspiciously to please contact police. If you witness a similar incident, please dial 999 straight away.”
