Elton John Farewell Yellow Brick Tour in Watford for July

Elton said ‘my final tour dates ever in North America and Europe! ‘   I’m so happy to see my fans all on the road one last time

These two shows will be the final concerts on his outdoor European tour, with Sir Elton John wanting these concerts to be held in Watford and Vicarage Road, because of his close association with the town and the football club.

Elton, 74, said: “I’m going to go out in the biggest possible way, performing at my very best, with the most spectacular production I’ve ever had, playing in places that have meant so much to me throughout my career … This has been an incredible tour so far, full of the most amazing highs, and I look forward to making more wonderful memories with you at these final shows.” 

John was born Reginald Kenneth Dwight on 25 March 1947 in Pinner, Middlesex, and later owned Watford F.C. from 1976 to 1987 and from 1997 to 2002.
