A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: “We are appealing for the public’s help to trace a teenager who has gone missing from Hemel Hempstead.
Police have now established that Jessica is with two other girls from Hemel Hempstead, Ameicha, 15, and Tayah, 13, and that all three are missing.
