
Metropolitan Police were called to a horrific collision from the A40 westbound near Park Royal Underground Station at 3.48am on Monday, 22 August.
A Range rover with passengers left the road and through barriers, hit a parked Tesla on charge with a man inside, then along waiting room roof and onto the Piccadilly railway Line just before 4am.
Despite efforts of emergency services, a 20yr female passenger in the Range Rover died at the scene. Her family have been informed.
The driver of the Range Rover driver, also in his 20s, was taken to hospital where he is in a critical condition. A second female passenger of the Range Rover, in her 20s, injuries are not life-threatening.
A man in his 50s was resting in his Tesla was treated for injuries that have been assessed as non life-threatening.
Cordons were put in place following the collision and the Piccadilly Line was part suspended.
