Tome Cruise learning his skydiving moves on a specially built wind machine.

Before Tom Cruise took the risky buisness of filming at 25,000ft up, travelling at 165mph.

Christopher McQuarrie, the director, says that he was in discussion with Cruise about the halo jump sequence for over a year. The risks during the stunt involved the danger of hypoxia and the bends from the lack of oxygen high up in the atmosphere.

So a massive wind machine was built for rehearsals, along with a special helmet.
