Breaking news: Police and Ambulance ate at the scene on a main road route in Watford.
The road has reopened.
At roughly 3pm a person was reported yo have bern hit by a car in Whippendell Road.
The road is likely to be closed for the afternoon.
Police on the scene interviewing witnesses.
The injured person was in the ambulance. It is unclear but hopefully not seriously hurt.
A commander has said once the ambulance goes, the road will reopen.
