Bringing the Laughter to the stage in Cassiobury Park, Watford. Starring some of the UK’s favourite comedy acts. In the 4 team lineup were DJ and comic Tommy Sandhu, Nabil Abdulrashid, Sukh Ojla.
Nabil is an English comedian of Nigerian descent. In 2010, at the age of 25, he became the youngest black comedian to perform stand-up at the Hammersmith Apollo.
He also became Britains Got Talent Finalist 2020 and a Celebrity Masterchef contestant.
As well as playing a part acting in Black Mirror (“White Christmas”) episode, some might have even spotted her in EastEnders before. A comedian who was on Mock The Week is now finalising her Debut novel SUNNY which will be out on March 2022.
All of the acts were great entertainment at the new Stage in the Park. A good size crowd was there, with some audience participation made it an enjoyable and memorable evening had by all.
The Stage is a brand new 500 seater pop-up venue in the heart of award-winning Cassiobury Park. Co-producing with Watford Palace Theatre and Watford Borough Council are West End theatre-makers and Watford residents Harlequin Theatricals.
