Two boys, aged 13 and 14, were arrested by police this morning (Saturday 16 July), on suspicion of affray as part of enquiries into an incident in Watford.
At around 5am on Sunday 10 July, a man was reportedly followed before being assaulted in The Parade.
The 13 year old was also further arrested on suspicion of GBH, following a separate incident in New Street on the same morning, where another man was allegedly assaulted.
Both remain in police custody at this time.
Detective Inspector Chris Parperi, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “Although two arrests have been made, enquiries into the incident are continuing and we are still appealing for anyone with information about what happened to please come forward.
“We are also aware that footage of the incident is currently circulating online and we would ask that people please refrain from sharing this, to avoid causing any legal issues for the case moving forward. Thank you.”
