This includes using children as drug runners, forcibly taking over people’s homes to create a base to conduct their drug dealing (also known as cuckooing) and taking advantage of vulnerable addicts.
“We will continue to work relentlessly to target those involved in the supply of illegal drugs in Hertsmere. If you have information about suspected drug dealing in your neighbourhood, please do not hesitate to get in touch so that we can take the appropriate action.”
