Herts Police: Hempstead Road in Watford has been closed between the Hunton Bridge roundabout and The Grove Hotel as a number of trees have fallen down. Herts Highways are working to remove the fallen trees.

At Watford Junction Buses have been suspended, no taxis, and roads are blocked.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning in London, meaning locals could see anywhere between one and five inches of snowfall throughout the day with winds of around 70mph.
TFL : Due to the severe weather conditions there are disruptions across the network. Also the bus service in London North West area is very disrupted.

HCC Highways are working hard clearing priority routes, gritters & snow ploughs have been out several times already & over 1000 tonnes of salt has been put down since midnight, always drive to the conditions & remember salt may take longer to be effective in snowy weather
Police Advice: Please don't drive unless you have to. If you really must make sure you pack a shovel, water, snacks, foil blankets and have a lot of fuel in the car. If you get stuck your breakdown cover will be a long time.
