Family and friends laid Tributes where brother died in three storey fall in Watford

Tributes and flowers for there beloved where laid at the scene of the man’s fatal fall.

One message reads “A big piece of my heart lives in heaven and he is my brother”

In February the man who is believed to have had mental health issues was found unconscious on the sidewalk after falling tragically from a third floor balcony.

We do not know what occurred to the community housing tenant before his fall from a 3 storey balcony.

A pool of blood was left where he fell.
