Police are appealing for information and witnesses following an alleged road rage incident in Watford which left the victim with a broken jaw.
The incident occurred on Dodd Road at the junction with Broad Road between 1pm and 1.15pm on Wednesday 6 September.
The drivers of a blue BMW and a grey Ford transit van were involved in an altercation after the victim asked the offender to move his vehicle as it was blocking the road. The offender then physically attacked the victim, causing the injury.
Detective Constable Julie Vint, who is investigating, said: “This incident happened at a time of day when there was likely to be a lot of people around, so I am keen to speak to anyone who either witnessed the incident or has any information that could assist us.
“Equally, I am keen to hear from anyone who may have dash cam or doorbell camera footage of what happened. If you were driving in the area at the time and have a dash cam, please check it and get in touch if you can help.
