
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault on a woman in Berkhamsted on Friday (24 February).
UPDATE: Three teenage boys aged 14, 15, and 17 have been arrested and released on bail.
The incident happened at around 6pm on Gossoms End and involved a teenage boy and a woman who had just gotten off a bus from Hemel Hempstead.
The pair were approached by a group of teenagers, during which the woman was assaulted and sustained a facial injury.
The suspects then ran off towards Tesco on the High Street. Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact police.
DS Paul Burton, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for any witnesses to please come forward.
