An elderly couple died in a car crash in their hometown of Radlett, Hertfordshire last month.
The couple, Tom and Sylvia Bruck, were driving along Theobald Street on Monday, July 31 when their car collided with a tree.
Sylvia Bruck, 87, died at the scene. Tom Bruck, 90, died the following day in hospital.
Their daughter Michelle paid tribute to her parents, saying they were “the best parents a daughter could have wished for”.
She said they had “shared a wonderful life” together and that she was “saddened and heartbroken” to lose them both.
The family added Mr and Mrs Bruck had been together for nearly 70 years and had “shared a wonderful life”.
Hertfordshire Police are appealing for information about the crash. They are asking anyone who witnessed it or who has dashcam footage to come forward.
Detective Constable Felicity Moody said: “Our thoughts remain with the family of Tom and Sylvia at this difficult time.”
