Spooky West Herts Halloween college video

Spooky scenes in the graveyard during Halloween.

A performance of the Michael Jackson classic ‘Thriller’

The video which went up on Friday, from the Music and Media department at West Herts College who celebrated Halloween 2021 with a HUGE collaboration between THREE departments, NINE courses and over 100 students.

After what has been a tough two years for the creative industry, we wanted to show how perseverance and passion is what drives the industry.

Over the first seven weeks of the new academic year, students have been working hard to build the set, plot the lighting, learn the dance moves, rehearse the lyrics, devise the scene, plan the shoot, prepare the makeup, organise the stills and record, mix and master the music.

This comes the day before Hemel Hempstead’s Open Day on Saturday!

Learn about the College, explore our facilities, meet our tutors and discover the exciting opportunities that await you!
