Christmas Lights to be switched on by Xfactor winners
A tall Christmas Tree went up in Watford Town today along with the town’s name in lights.
The lights switch-on event will have Live entertainment from Xfactor boy band winners Rak-Su starting at 4pm on the 13th November.
