Thankfully he didn’t and made a full recovery… If this photo makes just 1 person stay inside or keep their kid in then it was worth sharing !!! “
STAY THE F*** IN !!!!!

The photo was shared over Sixty Six thousand times.  And Eleven Thousand comments from well-wishers.

Pamela commented “Thankyou for Sharing such a heartbreaking image, how much more suffering do people need to see to make them take notice of the warnings, so glad your little boy is now doing well, keep safe and well xxx”

Dave commented “Horrific! The idiots who ignore the advice don’t only risk their health but the health of innocent people. To reiterate the slogan familiar to many in the eighties “Don’t die of Ignorance “

Mum Sarah went on to write “Tommy was vulnerable due to prematurity and I always knew when it hit him it would make him really poorly … but the Drs have told me to assume the rest of the house has had covid-19 as we’ve all been displaying the minorist symptoms and we genuinely wouldn’t of known it was covid we had had if it wasn’t for tommy testing positive.

All I will say is Yes kids can get it Yes kids can show the minor of symptoms They can also show the worst of symptoms You can stay with them if their hospitalised They can make a full recovery.”  Her post on facebook was overwhelmed with comments with “such good news he is recovering and ok”

He’s made a full recovery and you would never know he had been so poorly. But your loved 1 might not be so lucky !! So please please please stay inside unless it’s absolutely necessary to go out !!

Thank you for your kindness love me & Tommy stay safe

Others left comments:  “So glad your dear Son is a lot better than he was, bless himxx

NHS Covid-19 info / Gov.uk Coronavirus

Everyone must stay at home to help stop coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading. Wash your hands with soap and water often to reduce the risk of infection.

To stop the spread of coronavirus, you should only leave the house for very limited purposes:

shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine, which must be as infrequent as possible

one form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk, or cycle – alone or with members of your household

any medical need, including to donate blood, avoid or escape risk of injury or harm, or to provide care or to help a vulnerable person

travelling for work purposes, but only where you cannot work from home

These reasons are exceptions. Even when doing these activities, you should minimise time spent outside of the home and ensure you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.

You should also:

wash your hands with soap and water often – for at least 20 seconds

wash your hands as soon as you get home

cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze

put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands

not touch your face if your hands are not clean
