Samsung Delete customers important files

The phone was returned completely empty after a factory reset just for a new back cover.

The phone was already protected by PIN number and fingerprint.

They claimed it was for GDPR, but GDPR says data should be protected.

The owner also has a Samsung watch, and when the Galaxy Watch app re-installs and connects to the phone, it also resets the watch. 🙁

The client has already spent hours on the phone trying to get his phone repaired, the first phone he has ever needed to repair since owning mobiles from 2006.  The reason is partly down to Samsung not sending protective covers for the slipper shiny phones.   Also, the Shop who failed to give him credit as promised on time to get a cover. And within just one month the phone received damage during lockdown when it had fallen at pocket height to the floor.
