Armed Police Manhunt for wanted Joseph McCann in Watford house
The Met Police has confirmed its presence in Hemming Way in manhunt for fugitive wanted in connection with the abduction and rape of two women from Chingford and Edgware – and the rape of a woman in Watford on April 21.
McCann is wanted for suspicion of abduction of three women.

The specialised cops are also seen to use a ladder in the upstairs room to gain access to a loft and search there.
Armed Police Squad move in to search Gardens at the rear of the neighbouring houses, lead by the Dog Handler and Sniffer Dog.

April 25 12.30am — Walthamstow, London: A woman aged 25 is abducted while walking home from the tube and subjected to a 14-hour ordeal.
April 25 12.15pm — Edgware, London: A 21-year-old woman is abducted, but her sister, 18, escapes. The 21-year-old and 25-year-old earlier victim managed to escape by striking McCann over the head with a vodka bottle..
May 5 — Haslingden, Lancashire Early hours: targets a drunk woman in the early hours of the morning going back to her home she is tied up in her own home while her daughter, 17, and son, 11, are raped and sexually assaulted in the room next door.
May 5 1.30pm — Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester: A 71-year-old woman loading her car with shopping at Morrisons is abducted and raped in her own car. She is still in the car when McCann strikes again.
May 5 3.30pm — Heywood, Greater Manchester: A 13-year-old girl is kidnapped and sexually assaulted, and also forces two 13-year-old boys into the car. Shortly before 6 pm she and the 71-year-old woman escape at Knutsford services.
May 5 6.30pm — Congleton, Cheshire: Two 14-year-old girls are abducted in the Fiat Punto stolen from the 71-year-old woman. They are not sexually assaulted but police begin a pursuit while the girls are still in the vehicle.
