Man Hunt after Seriously Car Collision in Abbots

Police are hunting for someone who ran off after a crash in Abbots Langley TODAY.

UPDATE: The Watford Observer has said Police say Rape suspect Joseph McCann was not in Ford Mondeo that crashed in Abbots Langley

30/04/2019 – Today a major section of road was blocked and cordoned off by Police.

Hertfordshire Constabulary says the occupant of a Mondeo has made off and officers are currently out searching for him.

The small Peugeot was crumpled on the side and the tyre had deflated.

Air Bags can be seen deployed from the impact.

The female driver of the Peugeot was seen by paramedics and taken to Hemel Hempstead Hospital to recover.

College Road, in Abbots Langley, has just reopened following the collision between three vehicles – a blue Peugeot, a blue Mondeo, and a silver Vauxhall van.
