Fire Spouts Black Smoke onto busy road – pollution police
Black smoke filled the air and spread over Watford Road, close to the M25 junction 19.
This impaired the vision of drivers like thick smog.
All because the ‘world of water’ business premises next to the road decided to burn it’s Polystyrene waste in a garden style bonfire.

If they are causing thick black smoke, they should be fined, and made to pay for the costs of the attendance of the Fire Brigade.
