From 21 June a 4-week Covid19 Step 3 extension will come into place

The government announced that from 21 June, a 4-week pause at Step 3 of the roadmap.

This is because the Delta COVID-19 variant (first discovered in India) is spreading in England.

After 2 weeks, the government will review the data to see if the risks have been reduced. It’s expected that England will move to Step 4 on 19 July.
