Police Search for missing Daniel in Watford
Herts Police say they are “extremely concerned” for his welfare and have been out searching Whippendell Woods, West Herts Golf Club, Cassiobury Park and areas surrounding The Grove Hotel.
UPDATE from Police on 15th Jan: The body of Daniel has been found, sadly not alive.
Officers are still searching for the missing man Daniel seen leaving an address in the Watford Town Centre area, where he was staying, at round 8am on Wednesday 3 January.
Daniel, aged 30, 5ft 6in tall and of medium build, with black hair and a beard. He usually wears all black or dark clothing.
Known as Dan by his friends, his sister Abbie-Rose posted “please help us keep the hope alive to find my brother. No matter where or who you are please continue sharing.”
Police also released photos of his distinctive tattoo alongside the trainers he is thought to be wearing and the bag he is believed to be carrying.
Detective Inspector Stuart Bence, who is leading the search for Daniel said: “It has now been four days since Daniel was last seen and there has also been no contact from him since Wednesday 3 January 2024.
“We are extremely concerned for his welfare and need to find him as soon as possible. We are appealing for anyone who thinks they may have seen Daniel or who has any information which may help our search, to get in contact as soon as possible. Even if it seems insignificant, it may help us, so please get in touch.”
