  • D Tiles (Unit 2): A hardware company specializing in high-quality tiles and related products.
  • National Lock and Safe (Unit 3): A local company offering comprehensive security solutions, including locks, safes, and related services.

The redevelopment of the site was made possible through council funding and a £5 million investment from the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).

Each unit is equipped with solar panels, electric vehicle charging points, and ample cycle storage facilities.

The buildings maximize natural light and ventilation, contributing to lower energy consumption and a projected BREEAM ‘Very Good’ sustainability rating.

Additionally, the site includes a new sustainable urban drainage system, a pond, native wildflower planting, and numerous newly planted trees, enhancing the industrial setting and supporting biodiversity.
