The tallest building in Watford is still under construction.

The Eight Gardens will be a mixed-use development that will include apartments, offices, and retail space.

The Cortland Cassiobury building is now the new tallest building in Ascot Road, Watford, which is a residential development.

The 37 Clarendon Road building is also a Grade A office space including café, roof terrace, gym and fitness suite, and it is the third tallest building in Watford.
The building is located within a short walk of Watford Junction station which provides fast services to/from London Euston in a fastest journey time of c.15 minutes.

The Meriden Towers are the oldest tallest buildings in Watford, they were built in the 1960s and have 17 storeys. The apartments have been refurbished in recent years and now have modern kitchens and bathrooms. The M1 motorway is also nearby, making the Meriden Flats a convenient base for commuting to London or other parts of the country.

The YMCA Building is another landmark building in Watford Town Centre, that has 12 storeys, it is currently used as a youth hostel.
